Meghdad Torabi is an articling student at Vakili Law Group with a strong background in corporate law, contract law, and dispute resolution.

Before joining Vakili Law Group, he served as a registrar at the Ontario Court of Justice. He practiced law in Iran for 16 years as a corporate lawyer, specializing in corporate transactions and commercial matters.

Meghdad holds multiple LLM degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School (Canada), Georg-August University (Germany), and the National University of Iran. Fluent in French, German, and Farsi, he is committed to delivering strategic legal solutions and providing clients with insightful and effective legal support.
