Farnaz has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate with an emphasis on residential transactions. Farnaz has broad experience completing every facet of purchase, sale, refinance and private mortgage transactions. Farnaz also has many years of experience in identifying title issues, title correction matters and liaising with Land Registrars to resolve title defects.
Her attention to detail and knack for establishing strong client relationships is what makes her invaluable to the firm.
Farnaz completed her LLB law degree and LLM Master of law degree at the Univeristy of Tehran and worked as in house counsel for the Minister of Petroleum in Iran. After arriving in Canada, Farnaz completed the Paralegal Diploma program at Seneca College and is a licensed paralegal and a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
