Parham Azizi, B.Comm., J.D.

Parham is an Associate Lawyer & Notary Public and joined our team in 2021 as an Articling Student. Parham works on a wide range of matters, including residential/commercial real estate matters, corporate/commercial matters, Wills & Estates and Landlord/Tenant matters. Parham regularly advises clients on corporate restructuring, corporate reorganization and estate planning.

His calm demeanor is often a source of comfort for many clients and his dedication to his work is the reason why he’s valued by his clients.

Parham obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from York University, and went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Victoria, in British Columbia. Parham is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

In his spare time, Parham enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Parham is fluent in Farsi.
